Hey there!

Last week I shared how to Split Single Crochet in rows. This week I want to share how to Split Single Crochet in the Round.

I find it much easier to Split Single Crochet in the round opposed to rows because you aren't seeing the back side of the stitch every time. You are only seeing the right side and it is much easier to see where to insert your hook. The stitch is the same, but you are not turning your work and therefore, do not need to reference the "bar" the stitch creates on the backside of the stitch. You only need to find the two strands right below the top of the stitch and insert your hook. I will be adding a tutorial video on how to Split Single Crochet in the round next week. I hope you found this interesting and helpful.

Happy Hooking!
