Glitter, Shimmer, and Shine

Hey My Crocheters!

It should be no mystery that I love color and a lot of it. I also love shiny yarns. I have a variety of glitter and metallic yarns. I would recommend the following yarns to add some shine.

• Sultan Shine by Hobbii. It is a lovely cotton yarn with a glitter thread running through it. It is nice to work with and gives a subtle shine through out the piece.

• Summer Nights by Lion Brand. I love the melange of colors and the glitter thread that runs throughout. It also gives off a subtle shine.

• Metallico by Hobbii. This is a wool, synthetic blend that is very shiny. It definitely lives up to its name. The yarn is completely metallic and great to use. I used it in my Galaxy Snood as an embellishment and it had the exact effect I was looking for.

• Pearly Haze by Hobbii. I love this yarn so much. It is like metallico but has a bit of an airy texture. This is due to the tube construction of the yarn. It is also a wool blend and a bit fluffy.
