Hey My Crocheters!

I wanted to follow Monday's blog with the Back Post Double Crochet stitch (BPdc) in US Crochet terms. It is much like the Front Post Double Crochet stitch except that the post worked around is being pulled back toward the backside of the piece. It will still create a ribbed texture on the back or wrong side of the work from the unworked "V". You can also find my video tutorial here.

BPdc: Back Post Double Crochet:

1.       Yarn Over

2.       Insert hook behind the post (from the back of the piece) of the Double Crochet to the right and below the working row

3.       Yarn over and pull through 2 loops

4.       Yarn over and pull through 2 loops to finish

Happy Hooking and I hope this is helpful to your crochet journey!
